1. Creamy Sweet Potato Mash
Ingredients:
1 medium sweet potato
1/4 cup breast milk or formula (optional)
A pinch of cinnamon (optional)
Instructions:
Peel and chop the sweet potato.

Mash until smooth, adding milk/formula if needed.
Serve warm.

Ingredients:
1 ripe banana
1/2 ripe avocado
Instructions:
Mash the banana and avocado together until smooth.

1 pear
Instructions:
